'Alias' ended

After five seasons, Alias, the spy-action-drama that helped lift ABC out of the ratings gutter is retiring. Series composer Michael Giacchino and company pulled out all the stops, recording thirty-plus minutes of music for the series finale, utilizing a larger orchestra than usual in a whirlwind four hour session yesterday at Paramount in Los Angeles.
